We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of confirmation of your order. We use the Royal Mail so when tracking your order please check the Royal Mail website.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. Please contact email@example.com and we will be able to assist you.
Unfortunately, you cannot return the product to a store please see our returns policy for further information regarding this.
Once we receive the item back to our warehouse, we aim to refund you within two weeks.
If any item sent by us is faulty or damaged, we will pay for the return postage. Please see our returns policy under Returns.
Check that all the details you have entered at checkout, including your billing address, are correct. If it is still refused please contact your card issuer to check there is no issue with the card.
